Evidence first.
Conclusions second.
The Hoyt Archive is an independent civic accountability project focused on questions about Ricky Hoyt’s candidacy in Coronado.
What is currently in the archive
The entries draw on documents supplied by Coronado voters — certified City of Coronado filings and a redacted state confirmation — and on published reporting, alongside questions that remain unsourced. This site has not independently substantiated the allegations.
Claims are not findings
A complaint does not establish misconduct. A registration designation does not establish intent. The archive will not characterize a person as dishonest or ineligible without reliable supporting evidence and appropriate context.
Privacy and public interest
Private residential addresses, information about unrelated residents, and family voter registration details are excluded. Documents are redacted before publication: street addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, voter ID numbers, and handwritten signatures are blacked out.
Sources, corrections, and a fair response
Entries identify the documents needed to evaluate each question. Any future source publication should include provenance, a verification status, relevant legal context, corrections, and any response from Hoyt. No response has been supplied to this archive; this does not imply that Hoyt declined to respond.
Independence and illustrations
This project is not an official government resource and is not affiliated with a candidate or agency. The home page photo was supplied by Coronado voters; it is not evidence of the allegations.
